On Friday, the Chairman of RPF Inkotanyi, H.E Paul Kagame chaired a High Command Council meeting in his capacity as the Commander-in-Chief of Rwanda Defence Force (RDF).

Besides general and senior officers of the military, the meeting was also attended by officers from Rwanda National Police and from the National Intelligence and Security Service (NISS) and other security organs in the country.
